Summer Schedule for the month of July (No Classes the week of July 3 or July 31)
Early Morning Boot Camp Classes:
Wednesday and Friday 5:30-6:15 a.m.
Classes are $15 (first class is free) OR
Buy 10 Classes for $130
*There is a max of 12 people per class.
*To ensure your spot in class please sign-up ONLINE by 6pm the night before class.
*Class will be cancelled (notification sent by email) for the following day if there are less than 3 sign-ups by 6pm the night before.
One-On-One Personal Training. Run Coaching Services or Small Group Training:
Jen provides a free 30 min consult for all new clients.
After that, personal training or run coaching is $55/hr.
(A fee for a long term training plan will be negotiated with the client ahead of time).
A 2 person small group training session is $40 per person/hr.
A 3 person small group training session is $30 per person/hr.
A 4-5 person small group training session is $20 per person/hr.
Shorter training sessions are available.
Only Boot Camp Classes require advanced registration.
