MONDAYS/FRIDAYS: CIRCUIT  (5:30 a.m./9:15 a.m.)

WEDNESDAYS: BOOT CAMP  (5:30 a.m. & (9:15 a.m.)

 

JAN. PREPAY DEAL ~ 11 CLASSES FOR $110~ LINK AT BOTTOM OF REGISTRATION PAGE (This deal is intended for the 12 classes to be used in January ONLY and all punches expire at the end of the month, no class on MLK Day)  Class dates are: 1/6, 1/8, 1/10, 1/13, 1/15, 1/17, 1/22, 1/24, 1/27, 1/29, 1/31)  (sorry: no roll overs)

PIYO BLAST IS BACK!  Tuesdays in Jan. 6 a.m.-6:30 a.m. $40 FOR 4 CLASSES ON 1/7, 1/14, 1/21 AND 1/28 (prepay on first day $40 Cash or Check)

NORMAL CLASS PRICING

Single Class $18 (Expires 1 mos. from purchase)

10 Class Punch Pass $150 (Expires 3 mos. from purchase)

 

*There is a max of 12 people per class.

*To ensure your spot in class please sign-up ONLINE by 8pm the night before class.
*Class will be cancelled (notification sent by email) for the following day if there are less than 3 sign-ups by 8 pm the night before.

!ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST REGISTER BEFORE EVERY CLASS!

TO REGISTER FOR A CLASS:

 

1. FIRST TIME PARTICIPANTS: Go to the LEFT SIDE BAR TAB: "Online Forms: New Group Fitness Class Participants & Fill out/E-Sign the online PAR-Q Form & E-Sign the Liability Wiaver;  Then follow instructions for registration below.

 

2. FIRST TIME PARTICIPANTS & RETURNING PARTICIPANTS: Go to the LEFT SIDE BAR TAB: "Online Registration and Payment for Classes" & Sign up Online IN advance (and BEFORE 8 p.m. prior to the next day's class) to ensure class will be held. (You will receive an email canceling if less than 3 people sign up).  (You must do this every time before a class even if you have a 10 class punch card!)  This is also where you can pay through the PayPal button at the bottom of the page for either one class or a package of 10 classes.
