PIYO is a blend of Pilates and Yoga but so much more!! It is an all body weight low impact workout that not only strenghtens but works on flexibility!
We are now offering a 30 Min. "BLAST" PIYO class on Th. mornings (6:30-7:00 a.m.) and a 45 min. PIYO class on Thursdays at 9:15 a.m.
