Online Registraton & Payment for Boot Camp Class

Classes are held at Portland North Business Park at 60 Gray Road, Suite 8 in W. Falmouth

 

****PLEASE NOTE****

OUR SUMMER SCHEDULE BEGINS ON JUNE 10TH 

AT THAT TIME: WE WILL HAVE ONE CLASS FROM 6:30 A.M.-7:15 A.M.

(Same class schedule just 1 class at 6:30 a.m. vs. 5:30 a.m. and 9:15 a.m.)

**NO CLASSES ON FRIDAY JUNE 7TH AND THE WEEK OF JULY 8TH**

 

PIYO Classes:

Mondays 5:30 a.m. and 9:15 a.m.

 

Circuit Training Classes:

Wednesdays at 5:30 a.m. & 9:15 a.m. (Circuit Training involves working at stations around the studio) 

 

Boot Camp Classes: 

Fridays at 5:30 a.m. & 9:15 a.m. (BOOT CAMP is a Group Fitness Class led by an Instructor)

 
All classes can either get your Heart Rate up or be modified as needed.   (SHOWER AVAILABLE!)

You must register prior to EVERY class EVEN if you have bought a 10 class pass.  If you register and don't show and I hold class, this will count as a "punch."  If I cancel the class for low attendance, this will NOT count as a punch. Please bring a Yoga Mat, Water & Clean Indoor Shoes!  

 

***CANCELLATION POLICY:  If less than 3 people sign up, classes will be canceled.  (For Mornings ClassesEmail notice sent by 7:30 p.m. for next day classes so please register by 7 p.m. the night before. For Evening Classes: Email sent by 12 noon for 5:30 p.m. class if less than 3 people are registered. )***
