PIYO is a blend of Pilates and Yoga but so much more!!  It is an all body weight low impact workout that not only strenghtens but works on flexibility!  

 

We are now offering a 45 min. PIYO class on Thursdays at 9:15 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

 

New Participants:

All Participants:
