Jen Rohde understands what it means to be a busy woman!  Previously the Executive Director of Girls on the Run-Maine, the Founder of “Run and Done All Women’s Running Group,” and the Leader of a local Run Group for Women Inmates, Jen is on the go balancing life with a family of 6, coaching her clients and making sure to get in her own training.


Jen is a passionate believer in the role of fitness and overall well-being.  Previously a litigator, Jen became a coach and personal trainer after several friends encouraged her to do so.  Jen changed careers and never looked back.  As a busy Mom, she understands that it is hard for people to put themselves first but believes that the support of others is the key to success.  Plus it’s much more fun that way!


Jen began competing at running later in life following years of participating in competitive sports, including playing field hockey at the collegiate level. Since then, she has competed in sprint triathlons and numerous road races from 5k to marathons, including 9 Boston Marathon qualifiers. She was awarded the 2013 Women (age 40-49) Runner of the Year by the Maine Track Club and holds a PB in the marathon at age 46 of 3:12:10 (Sugarloaf 2016) and in the 5k of 18:47(Gorham Lion’s 5k 2010) at the age of 40.  In 2017, at the age of 47, Jen ran in New Hampshire's Mt. Washington Road Race in a time of 1:28:46, winning her age group and followed it up, in 2018, with a time of 1:29:53 for third in her AG.  To finish out her 48th year, she ran the "Maine's Fastest Mile" in 6:01 on 12/1/18 for First Overall Female. 

She is a RRCA certified running coach (CPR and First Aid certified), ACE certified personal trainer, and holds certifications in Sports Nutrition, Group Strength, Kettlebells, Tabata GX BootCamp, F.I.R.E. (Fierce Interval Resistance Exercise), Active Aging, Meditation, PIYO, ZUMBA and ZUMBA Gold.  She has been a personal trainer and taught group exercise classes at a local fitness facility.  She opened "Goalz & Gainz" in 2017 so she could combine her passions of teaching group fitness, run coaching and individualized strength training in a safe and fun environment.
